Bletchley boys Dave Godfrey and Ben Hutchinson formed Terrapin Trainstation through a shared love of Grateful Dead, Counting Crows and The Boss. You can hear these influences in their sound but with that highly regarded Milton Keynes twist.

The catalyst to this spontaneous reforming was frontman Dave posting a rendition of “Cant Go Back” online during lockdown receiving over 10,000 views overnight. This of course begged the question, was there still life in the old dog? Terrapin Trainstation represent so much more than a band, they represent a timeless music style of raw emotion and truth, this what what gained them the adoration of their amazing fans… This was their power.
After multiple phone calls and Zoom meetings the band started tracking from their lockdown locations to produce an unplugged album in a bid to fund and finally release for the fans that debut album that never was..
